Risk presents itself in different forms and degree depending on the institutions internal and external level of preparedness.

Uganda’s SACCO sector like any other has been hit by the Covid pandemic presenting yet a new set of risks to the entire SACCO business. These risks will influence the quality of investment decisions, staff re-alignment, mode of service delivery and failure to address all the above is likely to increase the level of effect.

This training seeks to present the changing face of risk to SACCOs today and the responsive strategies to mitigate its effect on business.
